Thank you for participating in the Collectible Watches Manila (CWM) auction. To ensure a fair and transparent bidding process, we have established the following rules:

1. Eligibility: All registered users on the CWM website are eligible to participate in the auction. Registration is free of charge. Please note that participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Bidding Process: Our auctions operate on a bidding system. Each lot will have a starting bid and minimum bid increment. To place a bid, simply enter the amount you wish to offer. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the bid amount before submitting, as all bids are binding.

3. Bank Transfers: We accept payments through bank transfers only. Upon winning an auction, the successful bidder will receive an invoice with the total amount due and our bank account details. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. We kindly request participants to include their invoice number as a reference when making the bank transfer.

4. Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid amount. The buyer’s premium is a percentage of the hammer price and is disclosed on each auction listing. This premium covers various administrative costs associated with the auction.

5. Reserve Prices: Some lots may have reserve prices set by the seller. A reserve price is the minimum price that the seller is willing to accept for the item. If the reserve price is not met, the lot may not be sold. The reserve price is not disclosed to the bidders.

6. Auction Duration: Each auction will have a specific start and end time. The countdown timer on the auction page indicates the remaining time to place bids. Please note that bids placed within the final minutes of an auction will extend the auction time to allow other bidders to respond.

7. Auction Results and Winning Bidders: After the auction ends, the highest bidder will be declared the winner. CWM will notify the winning bidder via email and provide further instructions for payment and delivery. The winning bidder is responsible for settling the full payment within the designated timeframe.

8. Delivery and Liability: Once payment is confirmed, CWM will arrange for the safe delivery of the purchased item. Buyers have the option to either pick up the item at SM Southmall Las Piñas or choose a preferred delivery method. Please note that once the item has been picked up or has left our premises for delivery, CWM is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend insuring your package during delivery for added security. The shipping cost and insurance fees will be charged separately and are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the items, including any known imperfections. Buyers are encouraged to review the listing details and images carefully before placing a bid. In the rare event that there is a discrepancy or issue with the received item, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
